The solutions and Content provided by QSolve AI are generated by a third-party large language model (Google's Gemini AI). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided. The generated Content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or rigorous academic verification. You acknowledge that you use any information provided by the Service at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, to promote hate speech, to harass others, or to violate any academic integrity policies of your institution, including but not limited to plagiarism and cheating.
• You understand that all personal data, including your conversation history and settings, is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up and managing your data using the export/import features provided. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
• You agree not to input any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, financial information, health information) into the question field.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content generated for you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QSolve AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QSolve AI and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither QSolve AI nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

In no event will QSolve AI, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to us under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
